Who we are

AutoBooked Agency is a US-based business operating from 400 Middlesex St, Lowell, Massachusetts. We build and operate an AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls and online enquiries on behalf of residential service businesses — primarily plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and similar trades.

We are an independently owned and operated business. We are not a reseller, an anonymous marketing brand, or a call centre. Every customer engagement is managed by our team.

What we do

Our service connects to a client’s existing business phone line via call forwarding. When a call comes in, our AI receptionist greets the caller, triages the enquiry, captures the customer’s details, and books qualified jobs onto the client’s calendar. Confirmation and reminder SMS messages are sent only to customers who have provided their number to the business in the normal course of booking a job.

We do not run cold-SMS campaigns. We do not perform mass outreach. We do not purchase or scrape phone-number lists. All messaging is transactional and consent-based, tied to a real enquiry the customer initiated with the business.

How we work

• Onboarding is done over a 30-minute video call with the business owner.
• The voice agent is configured to the client’s services, suburbs, and pricing.
• Call forwarding is set up by the client on their existing carrier line.
• Bookings are written into the client’s calendar with full call notes.
• Clients can disable forwarding at any time through their carrier.
