SMS & Mobile Messaging Program

Program description: A transactional SMS program used to confirm enquiries, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and provide customer-care responses to people who have contacted AutoBooked Agency or one of our client businesses.
How users opt in: Mobile users opt in by one of the following methods:
- Submitting a contact, demo, or opt-in form on this website that includes a phone-number field, after reading the SMS consent disclosure displayed directly beneath the form.
- Providing their mobile number verbally or in writing to a client business that uses the AutoBooked voice agent, in the course of booking a service appointment.
- Replying to or continuing an SMS conversation initiated from one of the methods above.
By using any of the methods above, the user expressly consents to receive SMS messages from AutoBooked Agency related to their enquiry or appointment.
Types of messages users will receive:
- Enquiry and demo confirmations
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notices
- Operational follow-up related to an active enquiry or job
- Customer-care replies to questions the user has asked

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the user’s activity, typically 1–5 messages per enquiry or booking.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. AutoBooked Agency does not charge a fee for SMS messages.
Carriers: Supported US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US wireless providers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out (STOP): You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
Help (HELP): For assistance, reply HELP to any message, or email autobooked.agency@gmail.com.
No third-party sharing of mobile data: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through this website are never shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction applies to all categories of personal information when it is associated with mobile opt-in data. Information may only be shared with telecommunications providers solely for the purpose of delivering the SMS messages the user has opted in to receive.
Prohibited content: Our SMS program does not transmit any content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, cannabis, gambling, or other restricted categories.
Call Recording and Voice Data
When the AutoBooked voice agent is deployed on a client’s business line, callers to that line may interact with our AI voice agent. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and service delivery purposes in accordance with applicable US federal and state laws governing call recording (including one-party and two-party consent states). Clients are responsible for any required disclosures to their callers under their state’s recording laws.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Inactive lead data is deleted after 24 months. Client call data and recordings are retained per the terms of the active service agreement and deleted within 90 days of service termination unless legal hold applies.
