Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Autobooked Agency website, booking a trial call, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

Autobooked Agency provides AI voice agent services for residential plumbing operations. Our voice agent answers inbound calls on a client's existing business line via call forwarding, triages emergencies, qualifies callers, and books qualified jobs onto the client's calendar. Specific deliverables and configurations are defined in your individual service agreement upon engagement.

Trial Terms

We offer a risk-free trial structure for qualifying residential plumbing operations. The trial begins on the date the voice agent is deployed on your existing business line via call forwarding and continues until the qualification trigger (Section 4) is met. Pricing for ongoing service after the trial is defined in your individual service agreement and discussed during the trial call before any commitment.

A $1 placeholder authorisation is taken on a card during onboarding to maintain payment continuity. No charges apply until the qualification trigger in Section 4 is met.

Definition of Qualified Job (Trial Trigger)

A "qualified job" is defined as a booked appointment on the client's calendar that includes:

  • A real customer name
  • A callback phone number
  • A property address within the client's stated service area
  • A description of the issue (e.g. burst pipe, hot water failure, leaking tap)
  • An urgency level

The job must be received through the client's business line forwarded to the Autobooked voice agent. The booking must be made for a service the client offers, in a service area the client services, per the configuration set during onboarding.

EXPLICIT EXCLUSIONS. The following do NOT count as qualified jobs:

  • Calls from the client themselves, employees, family, or friends
  • Calls from existing customers booking routine maintenance already in the client's recurring schedule
  • Wrong-number calls, telemarketers, robocalls, or solicitations
  • Inquiries the client does not service (out-of-area suburbs, services the client doesn't offer)
  • Voicemail-only entries or "call me back" requests with no booking
  • Test calls made during onboarding
  • Hang-ups or calls where the caller does not provide name, callback, address, and issue
  • Unqualified quote-shoppers asking for phone-quotes only
  • Booked jobs that the client subsequently cancels or marks as invalid for reasons within the client's control

Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the trial, you agree to:

  • Complete a 30-minute onboarding session within 7 days of signing
  • Provide accurate information about your services, pricing, service area, suburbs, brands, scheduling rules, and emergency triggers
  • Configure call forwarding from your existing business line to the Autobooked voice agent
  • Maintain the call forwarding configuration during the trial period
  • Respond to agent-booked emergency jobs within 2 hours during business hours when flagged
  • Not bypass or disable the voice agent mid-trial without prior written notice
  • Maintain a minimum inbound call volume of 10 calls per week through your business line during the trial
  • Operate within the service area you have specified at onboarding

Trial Void Conditions

The risk-free trial is void if you:

  • Disable call forwarding to the voice agent before the qualification trigger is met
  • Refuse or fail to complete the 30-minute onboarding session
  • Provide inaccurate or fraudulent information about your business
  • Operate outside the residential plumbing services category as defined at onboarding
  • Fall below the minimum 10 inbound calls per week threshold during the trial
  • Cancel jobs the agent has booked at a rate that suggests artificial trigger inflation

In the event of trial void, no charges apply, and the engagement is terminated.

Payment Terms

Pricing for ongoing service after the trial is defined in your individual service agreement and discussed during the trial call before any commitment. Payment is processed via Stripe. All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Billing is quarterly unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel ongoing service at any time before the next quarterly cycle with written notice via email. There are no long-term contract lock-ins beyond what is explicitly defined in your service agreement.

Trial period: no charges apply, no refunds applicable.

Ongoing service: refunds are not provided for partial billing periods, but service continues through the end of the paid period.

Call forwarding is reversible by the client at any time through their telephone carrier. Autobooked Agency does not hold the client's phone number, customer data, or telephone routing.

All voice agent architecture, training data, configuration logic, prompt engineering, scripts, and service materials remain the intellectual property of Autobooked Agency. Client receives a limited licence to use the system during the engagement period only.
